The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecom business processes and be able to design and implement robust solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and architect scalable and efficient software solutions in the OSS domain.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nLead the development team in implementing solutions using Java Spring Boot.\nEnsure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards and documentation.\nConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.\nEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency.\nStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the OSS and telecom sectors.\nParticipate in project planning and estimation activities.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.\nMandatory Skills:\nProven experience as a Solution Architect in the OSS domain.\nStrong expertise in Java Spring Boot framework.\nIn depth knowledge of telecom business processes and operations.\nExperience in designing and implementing large scale software solutions.\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10+ Years of experience in software development and architecture.\nRelevant certifications in solution architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.\nThe pay range for this role is $140,000- $160,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
