The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.\nDesign and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CDM, SPM, and Integration Hub.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and provide recommendations.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories.\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.\nConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end user training initiatives.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.\nStay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.\nMandatory Skills:\nProven experience with ServiceNow ITSM is a deal breaker.\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.\nExperience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CDM, SPM, NowAssist, and Integration Hub.\nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\nKnowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML.\nFamiliarity with data integration and API management.\nServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
