Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state/future-state analysis.\nGather, analyze, prioritize, and document business, data, reporting, and nonfunctional requirements.\nDefine KPIs, scorecards, business metrics, semantic-model requirements, and reporting standards.\nCreate epics, user stories, process models, data mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria.\nLead data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and reporting-quality activities.\nPartner with architects, data engineers, and BI developers to shape implementable solutions.\nLead UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, traceability, and business sign-off.\nSupport backlog refinement, release planning, reporting governance, and mentoring of analysts.\nRequired Skills\nBusiness analysis, requirements management, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, dbt, dimensional modeling, KPI definition, data reconciliation, UAT, Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.\nExperience\n10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years supporting or leading reporting and analytics programs.\nThe pay range for this role is $125k - $135k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
