The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform configuration, user access management, data integrations, environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform availability for business and analytics teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Palantir Foundry/Gotham environments.\nConfigure and manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls.\nMonitor platform performance, system health, and resource utilization.\nSupport deployment, upgrade, and release management activities within Palantir environments.\nManage data onboarding, data pipelines, and integration with enterprise systems.\nTroubleshoot platform, application, and data-related issues and provide timely resolution.\nWork closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Security teams.\nImplement governance, auditing, compliance, and data security standards.\nAutomate administrative processes and operational tasks using scripting where applicable.\nDevelop and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge repositories.\nSupport disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management processes.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience administering Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Gotham.\nStrong understanding of platform architecture, security, and access management.\nExperience with Linux/Unix environments and system administration.\nKnowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance.\nExperience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.\nUnderstanding of APIs, data connectors, and enterprise data platforms.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nGood understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise Palantir implementations.\nExposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.\nKnowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or modern data platforms.\nExperience in telecom domain environments.\nRelevant Palantir or cloud certifications.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years supporting Palantir platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nThe pay range for this role is $140k - $150k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
