Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in AIML engineering technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models, with a specific emphasis on .NET technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize ML .NET to build scalable and efficient machine learning applications.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Monitor and maintain existing models, making improvements as necessary based on performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ML .NET framework.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deploying machine learning solutions.
• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
