Required: 10 to 20+ years\nWe are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications, integrating CRM solutions, and working with Microsoft technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.\nDevelop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.\nBuild and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.\nDevelop and consume REST APIs and Web APIs for system integrations.\nWork with SQL Server for database development, queries, stored procedures, and data integration.\nTroubleshoot application and CRM-related issues and implement performance improvements.\nCollaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers throughout the SDLC.\nFollow coding standards, source-control practices, and application security guidelines.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.\nSolid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / MS CRM.\nExperience with ASP.NET, Web API, REST APIs, and integration development.\nHands-on experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and customizations.\nStrong knowledge of SQL Server.\nExperience with Visual Studio, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nKnowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications are a plus.\nSalary/Rate:\nFull-time: The pay range for this role is $105k - $120k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
