Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring the effective integration of systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document architectural requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and solutions within the telecom domain, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the organization‿s architecture and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present architectural designs, and communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, specifically within the telecom domain.
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and application architecture.
• Experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with telecom specific technologies and standards (e.g., 5G, VoIP, OSS/BSS).
• Knowledge of enterprise security principles and practices.
• Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master‿s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirable.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture and telecom solutions.
• Proven track record of successful architecture implementations and project management.
