IC role, no direct reports.\nThe role\nOwn the roadmap for a major chunk of BT's internal developer platform, used by 600+ engineers. Get things built and shipped across four squads: Core, Ops, SRE, Migration. You'll shape what gets built next and drive it through delivery, working closely with me and the technical lead on the big calls.\nNo direct reports.
