The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision of our product, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain and logistics processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.\nPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.\nGather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions and enhancements.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive supply logistics sector.\nFacilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.\nAct as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.\nMonitor product performance and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.\nMandatory Skills:\nExtensive knowledge of Automotive Supply Logistics, including supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution processes.\nProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.\nFamiliarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.\nKnowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions.\nExperience in working with international teams and understanding global supply chain dynamics.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.\n10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on automotive supply logistics.\nRelevant certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.\nIf you are a passionate Product Owner with a strong background in Automotive Supply Logistics and are looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.\nThe pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
