Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience with ServiceNow ITAM solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively analyze client needs and deliver tailored ITAM solutions that enhance asset visibility, compliance, and overall IT efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their ITAM requirements and challenges.
• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet client objectives.
• Conduct assessments of current IT asset management processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITAM processes with other ITSM modules.
• Deliver training and support to client teams on ServiceNow ITAM functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow updates to provide innovative solutions.
• Prepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other related modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Familiarity with software licensing and compliance management.
• Project management experience in ITAM related projects.
• Certifications related to ServiceNow or IT Asset Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in IT asset management consulting.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT asset management tools and technologies.
