This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in program management and application deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all delivery objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage global delivery teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.\nDevelop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals and client requirements.\nOversee application deployment processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.\nMonitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance delivery efficiency.\nPrepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.\nMentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.\nMandatory Skills:\nProven experience in application deployment and management.\nStrong program management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\nExcellent leadership and team management abilities.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud based application deployment and management tools.\nKnowledge of industry trends and best practices in program management.\nExperience in managing multi million dollar budgets.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMaster's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, etc.) is preferred.\n10 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on application deployment.\nProven track record of managing large scale, global projects.\nSalary:\nFulltime: The pay range for this role is CAD$140,000 - CA$160,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
