This role requires strong RF fundamentals, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate to understand risks and drive proper courses of action.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive configs definition, track hardware changes, coordinate builds, and manage associated POs.\nWork with cross-functional teams and external partners (including international teams) to ensure quality and performance standards are met.\nTrack issues, identify root cause, and drive resolution.\nAnalyze electrical build data, identify issues, and drive corrections. \nWork with cross-functional teams and external test partners to ensure quality and performance standards are met.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n3+ years of relevant industry experience.\nUnderstanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies.\nProgram management experience.\nProven problem-solving and system optimization skills.\nExperience working cross-functionally.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2 or more years of wireless module development experience from early concept to MP for consumer electronic devices.\nAdditional experience in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering is highly desirable.\nExperienced in managing vendor teams and leading cross-time-zone meetings.\nVery good communication skills, verbal and written.\nFamiliarity with wireless module manufacturing flows.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive corrective actions.\nExperience in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures while communicating risks with prioritization.\nThe pay range for this role is $70k- $75k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
