to ensure seamless integration of ITAM processes with other ITSM modules.\nDeliver training and support to client teams on ServiceNow ITAM functionalities.\nStay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow updates to provide innovative solutions.\nPrepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module.\nProven experience in implementing and managing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.\nDeep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management processes.\nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ServiceNow ITSM and other related modules.\nKnowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.\nFamiliarity with software licensing and compliance management.\nProject management experience in ITAM related projects.\nCertifications related to ServiceNow or IT Asset
