and assessments of IT asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nTrain and mentor team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and functionalities.\nStay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITAM features and industry trends to recommend improvements.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, including asset lifecycle management, software asset management, and hardware asset management.\nProven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules related to ITAM.\nIn depth knowledge of IT asset management processes and best practices.\nAbility to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.\nExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.\nFamiliarity with ITIL
