Property\nManagement\n## Overall Responsibility\nTo provide business application implementation, ongoing support and continuous\nimprovement in **Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, Property Leasing and Real Estate\nManagement**, with supporting expertise in **Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Property\nManagement* *.\nThe role is responsible for providing strong functional expertise across the end to end\nlease and property lifecycle, including lease administration, lease accounting, land and\nplot leasing, property leasing, turnover/revenue based leases, lead management,\nproperty sales and related billing and financial processes.\nThe consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Property/Real Estate,\nLeasing, Sales, Operations and IT teams to design, configure, implement and support\nOracle solutions, maximizing the use of Oracle standard functionality and industry best\npra ctices.\n# Principle Accountabilities\n· Develop and support the application implementation project plan and lead the\nimplementation of **Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting and related property/lease\ncapabilities**, providing functional expertise across requirements gathering, solution\ndesign, confi guration, testing, training, deployment and post go live support.\n· Provide functional expertise across the **complete lease lifecycle**, from\nlead/opportunity and lease creation through commencement, billing, accounting,\nperiodic processing, reassessment, modification, renewal, termination and closure.\n· Translate business, operational and accounting requirements into scalable Oracle\nFusion solutions, ensuring maximum use of standard functionality and minimizing\n· Provide functional expertise for different **property and leasing models**, including\nproperty leases, land and plot leases, commercial leases, turnover/revenue based\nleases and other complex lease structures.\n· Support **property sales and related customer processes**, including sales\ntransactions, customer agreements, payment schedules, billing, receivables and\nintegration with leasing and Finance processes.\n· Provide ongoing post production functional support for **Fusion Lease Accounting\nand EBS Property Management**, working with IT Helpdesk, DBA, integration teams and\nOracle Support to resolve incidents and application issues within agreed severity and\npri ority timelines.\n· Perform functional requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT,\ntraining, data migration and deployment for new implementations, enhancements and\nprocess changes.\n· Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and\noptimization of lease, property, sales and financial processes.\n· Ensure appropriate integration between Lease Accounting and the wider Oracle\nFinance landscape, including **General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,\nFixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax and Subledger Accounting**.\n· Work with technical and integration teams to define functional specifications, data\nmappings, interfaces and integration requirements between Oracle and external\nproperty, leasing,
