The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience in RF testing, wireless device validation, or cellular modem testing.\nPractical understanding of 5G NR SA, including FDD and TDD bands.\nExperience with Reference Sensitivity Testing and RF performance benchmarking.\nFamiliarity with R&S, Keysight, Anritsu or equivalent cellular network simulators/test platforms.\nAbility to work with RF automation tools and execute algorithm-driven test flows.\nUnderstanding of 3GPP TS 38-521-1 test methodology, especially sensitivity-related test conditions.\nExperience working with RF parameters such as bandwidth, SCS, ARFCN, power class, MCS, Rx chain configuration, and transmission mode.\nAbility to analyze RF test results and identify correlation or discrepancies between test platforms.\nWorking knowledge of data reporting formats such as CSV and dashboard/reporting tools such as Tableau.\nPreferred Skills\nPrior experience supporting Customer or similar high-compliance product validation environments.\nExperience in conducted RF testing using shielded environments.\nExperience creating test matrices across bands, bandwidths, and radio configurations.\nAbility to validate vendor-provided automation test lists and cross-check them against 3GPP specifications.\nStrong documentation, issue tracking, and technical communication skills.\nAbility to work independently after project-specific training.\nTools / Equipment Exposure\nR&S, Keysight, Anritsu test equipment\nDevices / DUTs for testing\nDeliverables\nBand-by-band RF test results comparing Test platforms.\nTest case-level correlation data across applicable 3GPP-based configurations.\nDiscrepancy reports highlighting gaps or issues observed during testing.\nResults in CSV or Tableau format, as agreed with the project team.\nRegular status updates through weekly meetings and email follow-ups with Customer and Tech Mahindra DRIs.\nExperience and Education\nRecommended JD\nExperience: 5-7 years in RF testing, cellular modem validation, 5G NR validation, wireless device testing, or telecom productization testing.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\n“Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
