Type: Full Time\nPosition Overview\nToyota Financial Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer to support Salesforce release engineering, CI/CD automation, source code management, deployment governance, and environment management.\nThis is a hands on engineering role requiring strong experience with Salesforce deployments, Copado, Git based development, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and troubleshooting.\nThe engineer will work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, QA engineers, product teams, security teams, and release stakeholders to coordinate and execute reliable deployments across Development, QA/SIT, UAT, and Production environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, maintain, and improve Copado based Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.\nManage Salesforce deployments across Development, QA/SIT, UAT, staging, and Production environments.\nManage user stories, commits, promotions, deployments, and releases using Copado.\nMaintain Salesforce metadata and source code using Git based version control.\nSupport branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution, and version management.\nAutomate build, validation, testing, and deployment activities wherever appropriate.\nCoordinate release activities with Salesforce development, QA, architecture, product, security, and production support teams.\nPerform deployment validation and troubleshoot failed or partially completed deployments.\nIdentify and resolve metadata dependencies, merge conflicts, environment differences, and deployment errors.\nMaintain release traceability and required deployment documentation.\nSupport rollback and recovery planning for production releases.\nParticipate in production release and post deployment validation activities.\nHelp define and enforce Salesforce DevOps standards, branching strategies, release controls, and deployment practices.\nAnalyze recurring deployment failures and improve CI/CD processes to reduce manual intervention.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong hands on experience with Copado DevOps for Salesforce.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment concepts.\nHands on Salesforce release and environment management experience.\nExperience with Git and source control practices.\nExperience designing or supporting CI/CD pipelines.\nSolid understanding of branching, merging, pull requests, tagging, and conflict resolution.\nExperience deploying Salesforce components such as:Apex Classes and Triggers\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nFlows\nCustom Objects and Fields\nPermission Sets\nProfiles\nValidation Rules\nSalesforce configuration and metadata\n\nExperience troubleshooting Salesforce deployment and metadata dependency issues.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce testing and deployment validation.\nExperience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCopado certification such as is $100k - $140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
