The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing ambiguity, and solving issues that require both functional and technical analysis. Should have experience across multiple SAP Ariba modules and the ability to connect business process understanding with system behavior Should be able to investigate issues independently, ask the right questions, identify patterns, and clearly communicate findings and solutions. Required qualifications Strong experience with SAP Ariba in the areas of sourcing, contracts, buying, invoicing, supplier lifecycle management, supplier performance, Ariba Network, Guided Buying, Guided Sourcing, and CIG. Good understanding of source to pay and procure to pay business processes. Experience analyzing system, process, integration, and transaction issues. Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issues to closure. Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers. Understanding of integration touchpoints between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC. Strong communication, documentation, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Additional qualifications Exposure to SAP procurement processes. Exposure to Icertis Contract Intelligence or other enterprise contract lifecycle management platforms. Experience with supplier enablement, catalog management, invoice automation, or Ariba Network transaction flows. Experience in consulting, large scale transformation programs, or enterprise procurement support environments.
