an experienced SAP BASIS Manager to lead SAP BASIS service delivery for big engagements, customer engagement, and technical operations across enterprise SAP landscapes.\nThe role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage large teams, drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee complex SAP transformation initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, people management, stakeholder management, and service delivery experience in a customer-facing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nService Delivery & Operations\nOwn end-to-end SAP BASIS service delivery across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA environments.\nEnsure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, availability, performance, and operational commitments.\nDrive proactive monitoring, incident prevention, capacity planning, and continuous service improvements.\nLead major incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and escalation handling.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and key stakeholders.\nConduct governance reviews, service review meetings, executive updates, and operational discussions.\nManage customer expectations, risks, escalations, and service improvement initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with customer teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nLead and manage a team of SAP BASIS consultants, leads, and SMEs.\nDrive resource planning, workforce management, hiring, onboarding, and competency development.\nMentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nEnsure effective succession planning and skill readiness for future business needs.\nTechnical & Project Leadership\nOversee SAP installations, upgrades, cloud transformations, and SAP HANA initiatives.\nProvide technical guidance on architecture, performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery.\nDrive automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.\nSupport transition, transformation, and large-scale SAP projects.\nRequired Skills\n12+ years of SAP BASIS experience with strong expertise in SAP HANA and S/4HANA landscapes.\nProven experience managing SAP BASIS delivery teams in managed services or AMS environments.\nStrong customer-facing experience with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.\nExperience in service delivery governance, resource management, and operational leadership.\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and service operations.\nExcellent communication, presentation, leadership, and decision-making
