Consultant\nExperience\n10+ years of SAP MM functional consulting experience.\nMinimum 2‿3 end to end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.\nStrong experience in Application Management Support (AMS) and Production Support environments.\nProven experience leading SAP MM teams and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead SAP MM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS support engagements.\nGather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, configure SAP MM solutions, and support testing activities.\nManage end to end support for Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Logistics Execution processes.\nLead a team of SAP MM consultants and coordinate deliverables across functional and technical teams.\nAct as the primary point of contact for business users and client stakeholders.\nDrive incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring SLA compliance.\nSupport cutover, go live, hypercare, and post production stabilization activities.\nCoordinate with SAP Basis, Security, ABAP, Integration, and Infrastructure teams during project execution.\nMentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.\nMandatory Technical Skills\nStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM).\nMinimum 2‿3 full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.\nStrong experience in:Procurement Process (P2P)\nPurchase Requisitions\nPurchase Orders\nRFQ & Quotations\nContracts and Scheduling Agreements\nVendor Master\nSource Determination\nThird Party Procurement\n\nAMS / Production Support Experience\nStrong AMS support experience with exposure to global support models.\nHands on experience handling:P1 (Critical)\nP2 (High)\nP3 (Medium)\nP4 (Low) incidents within defined SLAs.\n\nExperience in:Incident Management\nProblem Management\nChange Management\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)\nDefect Analysis\nContinuous Service Improvement (CSI)\n\nExperience preparing RCA reports, trend analysis, and service review reports.\nExposure to Hypercare support and transition to support activities.\nTicketing & Service Management Tools\nExperience working with one or more of the following:\nSAP Solution Manager (SolMan)\nServiceNow\nJira\nManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus\nBMC Remedy\nHP ALM / Micro Focus ALM\nAzure DevOps (preferred)\nStrong experience integrating SAP MM with:\nMiddleware such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite (CPI)\nFiori Experience\nHands on experience using SAP Fiori applications for SAP MM.\nUnderstanding of Fiori based procurement processes.\nExperience supporting business users on Fiori applications.\nKnowledge of Fiori catalogs, roles, authorizations, and app activation is preferred.\nAriba Experience (Preferred)\nExperience with SAP Ariba is highly preferred.\nExperience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management.\nAbility to work in global delivery and AMS support environments.\nExcellent verbal and written
