The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.\nDetailed JD\n8-10 Yrs experience level, Prefer SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), CSM, or PSM certification.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.\nAct as a servant leader for Agile teams, removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.\nPossess strong understanding of SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART events, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.\nPartner closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Delivery Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and successful sprint execution.\nTrack and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Sprint Predictability, Release Progress, and Team Capacity to drive data-based decisions and delivery transparency\nCoach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices, promoting self-organization, collaboration, quality delivery, and continuous learning.\nExperience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nExperience in Banking & Financial Services domain preferred\nThe pay range for this role is $10000- $110000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
