This role ensures that security initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. The role requires strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and enterprise IT environments.\nMandatory skill required\nSailPoint Support Cloud (Mandatory)\nEntra ID\nProject Delivery\nLead end to end delivery of security projects (e.g., IAM, cloud security, data protection, network security, risk remediation).\nDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nManage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.\nTrack and report progress using project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).\nStakeholder Management\nEngage with senior leadership, business units, IT teams, and security stakeholders.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and escalations.\nFacilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.\nRisk & Compliance\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially those related to cybersecurity.\nEnsure alignment with security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).\nSupport audit and regulatory compliance initiatives.\nSecurity Program Support\nDrive execution of enterprise security roadmap initiatives.\nCoordinate cross functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors.\nSupport incident response improvements, vulnerability management programs, and policy implementations.\nReporting & Documentation\nMaintain project documentation, dashboards, and metrics.\nProvide regular updates to leadership on project health, risks, and outcomes.\nPreferred Certifications\nPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)\nCISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications (nice to have)\nITIL Foundation or similar\nKey Skills
