Translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n4. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX teams, and stakeholders.\n\n5. Drive feature development, enhancements.\n\nAgile Delivery (5+ Years of recent experience):\n\n1. Participate in sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives.\n\n2. Track development progress and mitigate risks\n\n3. Coordinate cross-functional teams.\n\n4. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum Practices.\n\nTechnical Leadership (4+ years of recent experience):\n\n1. Define and drive the technical architecture and technology roadmap.\n\n2. Make critical design and technology decisions.\n\n3. Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.\n\n4. Conduct architecture and code reviews.\n\n5. Ensure software quality, performance, scalability, and security.\n\n6.
