Job Summary

Role: Senior Amazon Connect & Amazon Lex Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience: 10-15 Years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (must-have)
  • Amazon Lex bot development and conversational AI design
  • IVR and self-service contact flow design
  • Caller authentication and routing logic
  • Intent creation, utterance tuning, and bot training
  • DTMF fallback implementation for voice environments
  • Contact center migration and modernization projects
  • Conversational QA and testing

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Amazon Connect contact flows for multiple business units
  • Develop and optimize Amazon Lex bots and intents
  • Implement caller authentication, routing, and self-service capabilities
  • Support migration activities, testing, and production rollout
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve customer experience

Priority: Candidates must have recent, hands-on Amazon Connect experience. Amazon Lex alone is not sufficient.

The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
