The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on platform and product development. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance and risk management processes are effectively integrated and optimized.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nConduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.\nStay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities.\nDocument development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow GRC IRM, including implementation and customization.\nProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.\nExperience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.\nSolid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.\nFamiliarity with database management and SQL.\nCertifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.\nProven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nSub Con Rate: CAD 55 to 62/hr\nFull-time: The pay range for this role is CAD115k - CAD125k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
