process is adhered and that change records are updated to accurately reflect actions taken as well as the success or failure of the change according to the guidelines and policies prescribed by PSA Management. ï¿· Optimizing the Change Management service to deliver quality outcomes that lead to high levels of integrity and customer Satisfaction. ï¿· Continually seek to enhance the quality, productivity and culture of the service, ensuring that the Process and Work Document is created and reviewed on a regular basis ï¿· Align to the Regional Technology Team in the definition of the strategy and long term plans for the services and the implementation of Service Improvement Projects ï¿· Facilitate CAB and also update from CAB Outcome ï¿· Responsible focal point of contact for managing and responding to all queries relating to Change Management Process ï¿· Facilitate Emergency Change Bridge calls ï¿· Facilitate Refresher training on Change Process to all Service Line.Assist in Audit ï¿· Applies acquired expertise to analyze changes to production environment ï¿· Standby on Bi weekly basis (post oAice hours , weekend and Public Holiday). ï¿· Conduct risk assessments, dependency analysis, and impact analysis for change ï¿· Classify changes (e.g., standard, normal, emergency) in accordance with organizational change frameworks ï¿· Prepare and maintain documentation required for Change Advisory Board (CAB) and emergency CAB (ECAB) ï¿· Track change approvals, conditions, and post implementation reviews (PIRs) ï¿· Ability to assist on assignments requiring sound judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations ï¿· Ability to use judgement within limits of standard practice ï¿· Without hesitation, escalate issues to upper management in accordance with prescribed procedures.Act as a key liaison between stakeholders. ï¿· Communicate change details, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders ï¿· Contribute to continuous improvement of change processes and
