The role is primarily focused on building and validating data solutions using Databricks, Python, and Azure cloud technologies, while also owning automated testing, end-to-end validation, and quality assurance across data pipelines, APIs, and backend systems.\nKey Responsibilities & Requirements:\n5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering. \nStrong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark. \nDevelop and validate data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. \nImplement data quality and data validation practices. \nPerform REST API test automation using Karate or similar tools. \nStrong expertise in end-to-end testing. \nExperience with Microsoft Azure. \nKnowledge of Kafka and asynchronous backend testing. \nExperience with Databricks testing and data validation frameworks. \nNice to Have:\nDocker and Kubernetes. \nE-commerce domain experience. \nGit, GitHub, and Jira .\nThe pay range for this role is CAD $90,000 - CAD $120,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
