Job Summary

Created 3D part models using CATIA V5 Part Design based on

engineering drawings and design requirements.

Modified existing 3D models according to design changes,

engineering specifications, and customer requirements.

Created detailed 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models,

including dimensions, annotations, tolerances, and BOM.

Created and modified 3D assemblies using CATIA V5 Assembly

Design and applied appropriate assembly constraints.

Interpreted and analyzed Class A Surface (CAS) and styling data to

evaluate design and tooling feasibility.

Developed Class B and Class C surfaces while ensuring proper

alignment with aesthetic, functional, and manufacturing requirements.

Created closed volume models with a consistent 2.5 mm wall

thickness to support proper mold flow and ensure part integrity.

Performed tooling feasibility studies, including draft analysis, parting

line definition, and identification of suitable slider and lifter

requirements.
