The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Splunk, Rigor, Unix, and scripting, along with strong documentation and communication skills.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen, as the position requires eligibility for Security Clearance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide production/application support and ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications.\nMonitor application health, system performance, and availability using tools such as Splunk and Rigor.\nInvestigate production incidents, analyze logs, identify root causes, and support timely resolution.\nPerform troubleshooting and operational activities in Unix/Linux environments.\nDevelop and maintain scripts to automate routine support and operational activities.\nParticipate in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) activities.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nCollaborate with application, infrastructure, development, and other support teams for issue resolution.\nProvide production support across different shifts based on business and operational requirements.\nRequired Skills:\nHands-on experience in Production/Application Support.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting.\nExperience with Rigor or similar application monitoring solutions.\nGood working knowledge of Unix/Linux.\nExperience with Unix shell scripting or other scripting languages.\nStrong documentation skills, including preparation of SOPs, RCAs, and operational procedures.\nWillingness to work in different/rotational shifts as required.\nPreferred Competencies:\nStrong ownership and incident-resolution mindset.\nAbility to work effectively under production-critical situations.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.\nThe pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
