Job Summary

Siebel Operations ‿ L2

Experience: 8+ Years,

Customer Issue & SLA Management

• Manage customer issue tickets related to Siebel CRM processes, including Order Management, Billing, and Provisioning.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while adhering to defined SLA commitments.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and monitor progress through to closure.

Data Management

• Perform data correction activities to resolve inconsistencies in customer records, orders, and billing data.
• Conduct data reconciliation between Siebel CRM and integrated OSS/BSS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support periodic audits, compliance checks, and data quality initiatives.

Siebel Technical Operations

• Design, configure, and maintain Siebel Workflows to automate telecom business processes.
• Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Siebel eScript/VB Script solutions for business logic implementation and validations.
• Manage and support Siebel integrations with OSS/BSS systems, including Billing, Provisioning, and Mediation platforms, using EAI, Web Services, MQ, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement and support enhancements across Product Catalog, Order Management, and Service Request modules.

Operations & Support

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Siebel CRM applications and telecom business workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless service operations and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
