with the latest trends and technologies in mainframe development.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in Mainframe CICS.\nProficient in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.\nExperience with mainframe debugging tools and techniques.\nSolid understanding of backend development and API integration.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\nExperience with other mainframe technologies such as IMS or VSAM.\nKnowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks.\nExperience in performance tuning and optimization of
