The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplementation & Configuration\nConfigure UKG Ready modules including:\nCore HR\nTime & Attendance\nPayroll\nScheduling / Workforce Management\nParticipate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).\nCustomize workflows, business rules, and accruals.\nSupport & Maintenance\nProvide day to day production support for UKG Ready applications.\nTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets.\nManage system updates, patches, and enhancements.\nIntegration & Data Management\nHandle integrations between UKG Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Workday).\nPerform data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.\nDevelop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.\nProvide functional guidance and best practices.\nConduct user training sessions and create documentation.\nCompliance & Optimization\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.\nRecommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience with UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready\nKnowledge of:\nTimekeeping & scheduling\nPayroll processing\nHRIS systems\nExperience with:\nAPIs / integrations\nData mapping and migration\nReport building\nFunctional Skills\nUnderstanding of HR and Payroll
