Our ultimate objective is to continuously improve customer satisfaction, foster success in the cloud, and help customers become intelligent enterprises.\nCEA plays a key role delivering strategic initiatives, proactively monitoring and driving effective risk mitigation. By conducting structured follow ups, coordinating ongoing quality checks, and enabling continuous process improvements, this role strengthens the connection between customers, front office teams, and SAP internal stakeholders, improving business continuity, accelerating value realization, and minimizing operational disruptions.\nTogether we Connect.
