Job Summary

Job Title: T24 Enquiry Developer / Support Analyst

Objective

The candidate will design, build, and support enquiries using I descriptors, NOFILE enquiries, and standard conversion logic, ensuring accurate and user friendly data retrieval and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain I descriptors  for computed fields and enquiry logic.
• Build and support NOFILE enquiries  and standard enquiries.
• Configure selection, conversion, and validation logic for enquiry outputs.
• Troubleshoot invalid descriptor issues and enquiry errors.
• Work with functional users to translate business needs into technical enquiry solutions.
• Support testing, defect fixes, and production changes.
• Document enquiry design, dependencies, and support procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands on experience with Temenos T24 / jBASE enquiries.
• Good understanding of STANDARD.SELECTION, enquiry build routines, and conversion routines.
• Experience with NOFILE  enquiry setup and support.
• Knowledge of I descriptors, field dictionaries, and calculated fields.
• Ability to debug and resolve enquiry related issues.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in banking application support or core banking development.
• Experience working with business users on enquiry/report requirements.
• Familiarity with testing, release management, and production support.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of subroutines, routines, and data dictionaries.
• Exposure to interface support or related T24 modules.
• Experience in handling UAT and post production incidents.
