SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)\n• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.\n• Understand EC data structures, employee master data, HR objects, and core HR processes.\n• Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding related data, employee changes, transfers, organizational changes, and termination.\n• Understand how employee and organizational data is maintained and managed within Employee Central.\n• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.\n• Support HR data management activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and system integration.\n• Ensure business requirements are accurately represented in functional documentation and testing scenarios.\nB. HR Process and Employee Lifecycle Management\n• Understand end to end HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.\n• Work with global HR stakeholders to document business processes, identify gaps, and define requirements.\n• Understand how employee master data supports HR operations and downstream business applications.\n• Consider global HR process requirements and relevant local compliance considerations.\n• Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to validate requirements and expected system behavior.\n• Support business process alignment across different regions and organizational units.\nC. Mergers, Acquisitions, and HR Integration\n• Support HR system integration initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.\n• Understand the importance of Employee Central as a core source of employee master data.\n• Analyze data mapping requirements between acquired company HR systems, Employee Central, and downstream applications.\n• Help identify data dependencies, transformation requirements, and integration impacts.\n• Document current state and future state processes for HR data migration and integration.\n• Coordinate with HR, IT, and integration teams to ensure business requirements are addressed.\n• Support data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure employee information is accurate and complete.\nD.
