This role works across Engineering, Data Science, Business, Domain, and IT teams to define roadmaps, deliver programs, and ensure measurable business value through AI adoption.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Product Strategy & Roadmap\nDefine AI product vision, requirements, use cases, and roadmap.\nBuild business cases linking AI initiatives to customer value, revenue growth, cost savings, and strategic goals.\nPrioritize AI opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness, and time to value.\nManage the AI product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, releases, adoption, and retirement.\nProgram Management & Execution\nLead AI initiatives from planning through deployment and adoption.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.\nTrack project performance using governance processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.\nEnsure quality reviews, compliance, and stakeholder communication throughout execution.\nTechnical Leadership\nPartner with Data Science, ML Engineering, Software, Data Platform, and Business teams to deliver solutions.\nDefine evaluation metrics and acceptance criteria for AI systems.\nDrive production readiness, including MLOps, monitoring, model performance, drift management, and support processes.\nFacilitate technical trade off discussions involving data pipelines, model architecture, and deployment strategies.\nCustomer & Market Insights\nGather Voice of Customer, field feedback, and competitive intelligence.\nIdentify customer pain points and convert them into actionable AI product opportunities.\nSupport executive and customer reviews with technical and business focused recommendations.\nRecommend roadmap adjustments based on market and customer needs.\nCross Functional Leadership\nAlign stakeholders across Business Units, Engineering, IT, Services, and Operations.\nLead launch planning, change management, enablement, adoption tracking, and issue resolution.\nMaintain documentation of decisions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.\nMentor team members and promote AI product and program management best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field;
