The role focuses on ensuring platform availability, performance, and data integrity across traditional and containerized environments. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting application issues, resolving inventory discrepancies, and maintaining synchronization between network elements and the EAI database.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor EAI platform health, microservices, containers, logs, and synchronization processes.\nInvestigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents within SLA targets.\nTroubleshoot application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues.\nPerform data reconciliation between live networks and the EAI inventory database.\nIdentify and correct inventory discrepancies across RAN, Core, Transport, and Fixed networks.\nSupport cluster health checks, patch deployments, maintenance activities, and user access administration.\nWork with Network Operations, Field Teams, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Vendor/L3 teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience\n5‿8 years of Telecom OSS/BSS operations experience with a focus on Network Inventory Management.\nExperience supporting GCC telecom operators is preferred.\nEricsson Adaptive Inventory\nHands on experience with Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (formerly Granite), including cloud native deployments.\nUnderstanding of telecom inventory models and service inventory management.\nCloud & Container Technologies\nKnowledge of Kubernetes and Docker environments.\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.\nExperience monitoring services, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting applications in cloud environments.\nExposure to Ericsson Cloud Infrastructure (CNIS) is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong SQL and database management skills.\nGood Linux/Unix administration knowledge.\nBasic scripting using Python, Shell, or JavaScript for automation.\nExperience with monitoring and performance analysis tools.\nTelecom Domain Knowledge\nUnderstanding of RAN, Core, Transport, and Fixed network domains.\nKnowledge of OSS
