Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in Adobe AEM Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust technical solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe AEM and its ecosystem, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Adobe AEM solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Conduct system analysis and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the AEM environment by implementing best practices and compliance measures.
• Mentor and train junior architects and developers on Adobe AEM and related technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe AEM and related technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Adobe AEM Architecture, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable AEM solutions.
• In depth knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, and Apache Felix.
• Experience with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for AEM.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and other Adobe products.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or SQL.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on Adobe AEM.
• Relevant certifications in Adobe AEM or related technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
