This role will be responsible for protecting one of the firm's most critical communication platforms while leading large scale security transformation initiatives across a complex, global environment.\nAs part of the team, Enterprise Email Security, you will lead the design and delivery of secure messaging services, advanced threat protection capabilities, email authentication programs, and modern mail routing architectures. You will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk management, compliance, and business stakeholders to enhance the firm's resilience against evolving cyber threats while ensuring secure and reliable communications across the enterprise.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Enterprise Email Security Strategy\nDefine and execute the long term vision and roadmap for enterprise email security.\nDrive continuous modernization of messaging security platforms and services.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and develop strategies to address evolving cyber threats.\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior technology and cybersecurity leadership.\nArchitect and Secure Global Messaging Platforms\nOversee the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise scale email security infrastructure.\nLead initiatives addressing phishing, business email compromise, spoofing, malware, and advanced email attacks.\nEstablish security architecture standards for secure messaging, email authentication, and mail flow protection.\nEnsure availability, scalability, and resilience of critical messaging services.\nDrive Large Scale Transformation Programs\nLead complex technology programs including platform migrations, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and security enhancements.\nManage cross functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and vendor partners.\nBalance security, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and business priorities in strategic decision making.\nRisk Management & Governance\nOwn key security controls supporting enterprise messaging and communications.\nPartner with Audit, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management teams to address regulatory requirements and control effectiveness.\nPresent technical risks, mitigation strategies, and program status to executive leadership and governance forums.\nEnsure security programs align with enterprise risk management objectives.\nBuild High Performing Teams\nMentor geographically distributed engineering and operations teams.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop technical talent and succession plans while promoting engineering excellence.\nChampion automation, operational efficiency, and modern engineering practices.\nQualifications\nRequired\n10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, messaging, or related technology disciplines.\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing enterprise scale security or infrastructure programs.\nDeep understanding of email security technologies, messaging infrastructure, and cyber defense strategies.\nExperience leading large technology transformations within highly regulated or large scale environments.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability influence senior decision makers.\nThe pay range for this role is $ 120,000 - $140,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
