This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of FTPC functionalities.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical support for Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) toclients and internal teams.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to FTPC, ensuring minimal downtimefor clients.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve systemperformance.\nConduct training sessions for clients on FTPC functionalities and best practices.\nDocument technical processes, solutions, and client interactions for futurereference.\nStay updated on the latest FTPC features and industry trends to provide informedsupport.\nAssist in the development of support materials and user guides for FTPC.\nParticipate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and supportchallenges.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) is adeal-breaker.\nProven experience in technical support or a related field.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with other Rockwell Automation products.\nFamiliarity with industrial automation and control systems.\nKnowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.\nExperience in creating technical documentation and user manuals.\nProject management experience is a plus.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on FTPC.\nRelevant certifications in Rockwell Automation or related technologies are a plus.\nThe pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
