We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) and Test Architecture. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust test frameworks. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
• Implement best practices for test automation, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test code quality.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience as an SDET or Test Architect.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with cloud based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of security testing practices.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in QA automation and testing.
• Proven experience in SDET/Test Architect roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
