The ideal candidate will balance incident management and ticket resolution with planned improvement initiatives to ensure services operate within established SLAs.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and manage boards with Work In Progress (WIP) limits and P1‿P4 classes of service.\nOversee the flow of L1/L2 tickets on AWS and Alibaba Cloud; monitor SLAs and drive escalations to L3 and vendors as necessary.\nCoordinate major incident management bridges, conduct post incident reviews, and convert problems into backlog items.\nDrive initiatives for toil reduction, runbook automation, and shift left strategies from L2 to L1 support.\nReport on SLA compliance, Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), and backlog health to client stakeholders.\nSupport change management processes (CAB) and ensure audit readiness for standards such as BSP, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.\nMandatory Skills\n3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for production support or operations teams.\nStrong understanding of ITIL v4 principles.\nHands on experience with JIRA or ServiceNow ITSM.\nExperience in a 24x7 SLA driven support environment.\nStrong communication skills in both English and Filipino.\nSAFe Scrum Master certification is a deal breaker.\nPreferred Skills\nCertifications such as PSM, CSM, ITIL 4 Foundation.\nAWS or Alibaba Cloud certification.\nExperience in fintech, banking, or payments sectors.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in IT or a related field.\nFilipino citizen based in the Philippines; no visa sponsorship available.\nSuccess Measures\nSLA compliance target of ⿥ 95% per month.\nMonth on month reduction in MTTR for P1‿P2 incidents.\nDeclining trend in repeat incidents.\nCompletion of Post Incident Reviews (PIR) for 100% of P1 incidents within 5 business days.\nWorking Conditions\nThis role requires availability during business hours with support for P1/P2 incidents and weekend change window support.
