Job Summary
Position - UX Designer
Location - Plano TX
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with 10+ years of experience in designing intuitive, customer centric, and digital first experiences across web and mobile banking platforms. The role is responsible for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, and customer journey maps that deliver seamless user experiences across payments, lending, servicing, and account management functions. The UX Designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and refine customer requirements into effective design solutions. This position involves conducting usability testing, analyzing customer feedback, and continuously enhancing user experiences to improve customer adoption and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will develop responsive and accessible designs aligned with WCAG standards, ensuring consistency and usability across digital channels. Working closely with React development teams, the UX Designer will ensure accurate implementation of design specifications while leveraging tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and modern design frameworks. Experience designing banking, financial services, fintech, or auto finance applications is highly preferred, along with a strong focus on driving digital transformation and customer engagement through exceptional user experience design.
The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
