You'll support sales efforts with valuable information, maintain CRM records, and stay updated on industry trends. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for building relationships, this role is for you!\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nOutbound Communication:\n\nBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.\n\nInitiate calls, emails, or messages to engage prospects and introduce products/services.\n\nTailor messaging and pitches to address the needs and pain points of prospective customers effectively.\n\nQualification and Needs Assessment:\n\nConduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their suitability and readiness for the sales process.\n\nPerform needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospects.\n\nAppointment Setting:\n\nSchedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.\n\nCoordinate logistics and ensure smooth transitions for scheduled interactions.\n\nSales Support and Follow-Up:\n\nProvide information and resources to support sales efforts.\n\nFollow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address inquiries.\n\nCRM and Reporting:\n\nUse CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.\n\nGenerate reports on outbound activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and inform strategy.\n\nContinuous Learning and Compliance:\n\nStay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance outbound effectiveness.\n\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.\n\nCollaboration and Teamwork:\n\nCoordinate with marketing and sales teams to align outbound efforts with business objectives.\n\nShare insights and strategies to improve outbound effectiveness.\n\nWhat We Look For:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\n\n4-6 years of proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or business development, preferably in IT-BPM, SaaS, or technology industries.\n\nDemonstrated success in building outbound pipelines and achieving lead generation targets.\n\nStrong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and lead gen tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).\n\nSolid understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales prospecting strategies.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various personas.\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive decisions.\n\nExperience mentoring or training junior team members is a plus.\n\nHighly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.\n\nWhat’s next?\n\nWe encourage you to apply even if you think you may not match 100% of the criteria.
