This role will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead medium to large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements\nManage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nDevelop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications\nManage vendor relationships and project deliverables\nTrack project performance and ensure milestones are achieved\nConduct gap analysis and root cause analysis when needed\nSupport organizational change management and project adoption efforts\nEnsure compliance with project governance standards and documentation requirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of Project Management experience\nExperience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies\nStrong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent project management credentials\nExperience working within healthcare, public sector, regulatory,
