business processes, systems, security controls, and risks through a knowledge graph.\n\nYou’ll build core Python backend services, design graph data models, and develop integrations that support risk analysis and auditable compliance workflows.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\nDevelop backend services using Python and PostgreSQL.\n\nDesign knowledge graphs, ontologies, and graph queries using Apache AGE or Neo4j.\n\nBuild data pipelines and synchronize graph data with Git-based OSCAL content.\n\nDevelop integrations with ServiceNow CMDB, Rapid7, and other enterprise systems.\n\nImplement APIs, workflow engines, and auditable risk-scoring mechanisms.\n\nEnsure data consistency, security, testing, and CI/CD reliability.\n\nIt's about you:\n\n5+ years of commercial Python backend development experience.\n\nStrong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, indexing, JSONB, and migrations.\n\nHands-on experience building knowledge graphs and designing ontologies.\n\nExperience with Neo4j, Apache AGE, Cypher/openCypher, or comparable graph technologies.\n\nStrong API development and enterprise integration skills.\n\nExperience with data validation, synchronization, and workflow/state-machine design.\n\nAbility to work independently and communicate effectively in English. \n\nNice to have:\n\nOSCAL, compliance-trestle, NIST 800-53, CSF 2.0, or RMF experience.\n\nBitemporal data modeling and GRC/cybersecurity platforms.\n\nTemporal, Camunda, GraphQL, or advanced authorization models.\n\nDocker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and
