The specialist should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management. The specialist should have the ability to know when to enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.\nCompensation range: $18.00 to $25.00 an hour\nResponsibilities:\nEnter subcontractor, parts, and expense invoices into Great Plains software program.\nReconcile and balance vendor accounts.\nPrepares checks to be mailed.\nMonitor and manage all vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments.\nProvide management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio.\nContact vendors when necessary to resolve any statement discrepancies.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMust have good mathematical skills and reasoning ability.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nHigh degree of independence and ability to take initiative.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel; Experience using Great Plains is preferred.\nAbility to comprehend and manage processes that track customer records.\nAbility to maintain all information in a highly confidential and organized manner.\nTech24 is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
