The specialist should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management. The specialist should have the ability to know when to enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Compensation range: $18.00 to $25.00 an hour Responsibilities: Enter subcontractor, parts, and expense invoices into Great Plains software program. Reconcile and balance vendor accounts.
