This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing technician schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDispatch service calls and assign jobs to technicians in an efficient and timely manner\nCoordinate and manage technicians' daily schedules and routes\nCommunicate appointment details and updates with customers\nDeliver a high level of customer service through professional and courteous interactions\nClearly communicate service needs between customers and technicians\nDistribute workload in a way that maximizes productivity while maintaining fairness across the team\nTrack and coordinate follow-ups for jobs requiring return visits\nLearn and effectively utilize the company’s dispatch and business systems\nMaintain positive working relationships with technicians and administrative staff\nProvide backup support in the absence of the Branch Manager\nParticipate in a rotational on-call schedule as needed\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMinimum of 3 years of dispatching experience\nPrior experience in HVAC and/or food service industry preferred\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently\nExcellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills\nProficient in computer systems and dispatch software\nAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks\nWillingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule\nExperience with third-party service platforms (e.g., EcoTrack, Corrigo, Vixxo) is a plus\nCompensation Transparency\nThe advertised pay range for this position is $20-$24.
