This position is ideal for a highly skilled installer who can work independently, lead installation projects, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and manufacturer standards.\nThe ideal candidate has strong hands-on installation experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration and is comfortable traveling throughout the region as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and perform commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations from start to finish\nInstall, connect, and commission HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, piping, controls, and related components\nRead and interpret blueprints, plans, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation specifications\nPerform electrical, mechanical, piping, and refrigerant-related installation work\nDiagnose and resolve installation issues in the field\nEnsure installations are completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer requirements\nLead and coordinate the work of other technicians or installers on assigned projects\nCommunicate project status, challenges, and completion details with customers, managers, and project teams\nMaintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, equipment, and project progress\nEnsure proper tools, materials, and equipment are available for each installation\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment\nTravel to customer locations throughout the region as needed\nRepresent TMR and Tech24 professionally at all customer locations\nFollow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA and industry requirements\nParticipate in ongoing technical training and professional development\nQualifications\nStrong hands-on installation experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration required\nPrevious experience leading or overseeing installation projects strongly preferred\nAbility to independently complete installations and troubleshoot issues in the field\nStrong mechanical and electrical knowledge\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals\nEPA Universal certification preferred/required based on applicable work\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nAbility and willingness to travel regularly for installation projects\nAbility to work independently and lead a team when required\nStrong communication, organization, and customer service skills\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions\nAbility to climb ladders, work from heights, and work in tight or confined spaces\nMust own industry-standard hand tools\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for a strong, experienced installer-not someone who needs to be trained from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have proven experience installing both commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, be confident working independently, and have the ability to lead an installation from beginning to completion.\nCandidates located in or around Baton Rouge or Hammond, LA are strongly preferred. The ability and willingness to travel for installation projects is required.\nCompensation Transparency\nThe advertised pay range for this position is [30-40]per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, technical certifications, installation expertise, skill set, and overall qualifications.
